About Judo
Self-defense, discipline, exercise and action- Judo, a century-old martial art form, provides participants with endless benefits. Judo enhances endurance, strength and agility, Judo represents an ideal sport for kids. Yet, because Judo consists of numerous technical methods, which can take a lifetime to master, it remains a challenging sport for adults, as well.

About Us
Westchester Judo was founded by Sauveur Chris Soriano. Sauveur, a former French national and international competitor , is a fifth-degree black belt and has earned full certification as a Judo Master-Instructor from the French Judo Federation, training with world class French Judo players.

Westchester Judo opened its doors in 2001 and now has more than one hundred students who participate in national and international competitions several times a year.  The club is registered with the United States Judo Association and USA Judo. The United States Judo Association recently ranked Westchester Judo top 20 in the USA.  Our club is housed within a state-of-the-art personal training center.

About Our Classes
Westchester Judo offers classes for children as young as 4 years old and adults of all ages.  Registration is open year-round. Children ages 4 to 12 may register for Judo Kids, while Adult Judo is for ages 13 and up.
